We are extremely happy with our location remodeled by NorthStar! Jeff and Kristen Hurst are amazing people. Their honesty and professionalism was such a huge part in going through the construction process and keeping our stress levels at a minimum.

As a commercial real estate broker, many of my clients require the help of a General Contractor (GC) for their construction and finish-out projects.

Jeff and his team did a great job removing a wall in my office. They handled everything from inspection, permit, and construction. His quote was reasonable compared to the other contractors. I highly recommend Jeff and his team!

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. They went above and beyond to help us get the look we wanted, but he also took the time to brainstorm ideas for our new little store and called us at each step.

Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Jeff and Northstar Commercial Interiors for projects of any size. Their expertise, attention to detail, flexibility, and outstanding customer service set them apart from the rest.

We chose Northstar because Jeff took the time to understand our needs and goals and provided a fair price. Since this was our first finish-out, we relied on Jeff’s expertise a lot.

During the snowpocalypse of 2021, we had two pipes burst that flooded one of our buildings. I was referred to Jeff and he came right away, in the freezing cold, to turn off the water to our building.

Jeff is very professional and experienced. His quality of work is superior and he is honest. Will do business with him again!

It’s rare to find a good GC much less one who is honest, ethical, and professional. NorthStar RenoMod is not a good GC. They are the BEST GC. My project got done on time with excellent workmanship and on budget. Highly recommended.

Jeff and his team were great from day one. We had a pretty tight timeline and they were responsive, thorough, and completed everything on time with very high quality.

Loved working with Jeff, very personable and always looking out for the best interest of the client.

In all stages of the project, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project, Jeff has been very detail oriented and knows what he is doing. There were things that he can and cannot do, and he was very clear and upfront about all that. He never attempted to oversell me anything.
