The new space used to be a dental office.

Rockstar Martial Arts moved into a suite that needed the bathrooms, HVAC, electrical, and sprinklers relocated before a single mat went down. The team talks about working through that demolition, and the open floor and Jiu-Jitsu murals they ended up with.

Martial Arts remodel in Frisco, Texas

Rockstar Martial Arts in Frisco has moved into a new location and NorthStar Commercial Interiors has completed their remodel. Their new space used to be a dental office. After demoing the existing structure, relocating the bathrooms, HVAC, electrical and sprinkler system, Rockstar, now has a great open space for martial arts training.

Since the ceiling is open to the roof deck, we needed to rewire the suite to conceal the wiring. We installed new, modern lighting and painted the roof deck a dark grey.

The walls were finished smooth to display inspiring murals of Jiu-Jitsu athletes. A glass wall office, mats and equipment finish off the space. With the remodel complete, Rockstar has a spacious location for classes and competitions for many years to come.
