Melissa Eye Associates, Melissa

His landlord gave him thirty days to vacate.

Dr. Thomas of Melissa Eye Associates had one month to find a new home for his practice, and the first contractor he called told him a finish-out would take at least six months. He walks through what happened next, and what he would tell another practice owner facing the same clock.

Optometrist Finish-out in Melissa, Texas

This was an exciting project. Melissa Eye Associates had a very short runway to get out of their existing location and into a new office. We all know that “time flies” and “things always take longer than we expect”. So, the pressure was on to complete the project ASAP.

We took an empty shell-space and finished-out a beautiful Doctor’s office in record time. The results are fantastic. Dr. Thomas, the staff, and their clients love the results. Check out the pictures below.
