Tech Office Finish-Out in Frisco, Texas

What was once a cold dark shell (nothing but framing) is now a fun, inviting and productive workspace.

After consulting with the owner to understand his needs and wants, we determined that we would need to move some walls to create the environment he was looking for. We quickly discovered that some of the walls were load bearing and would play a significant role in how the space could be finished out. Working with our structural engineer, we were able to devise a system of support beams to carry the overhead load while providing Vzure Solutions with their desired look and feel.

The end result is a gorgeous, modern office that provides a place to both work and play, building employee morale and productivity.

This was a fun build-out and we look forward to working with them again on their next tenant improvement project.
