What is a shell space? It is a commercial building that does not have the interior built-out yet. It typically doesn’t have electricity, plumbing or HVAC in place either. It is designed with maximum flexibility in mind, allowing the new owners or tenants to carve out as much space as they need and to build it out to their unique requirements.
In this instance, a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones leased a new shell space in West Frisco. Edward Jones had contacted several contractors to bid on the finish-out, and NorthStar Commercial Interiors was awarded the project and completed it.
