Aleaf Insurance started as a small family-owned agency. NorthStar is building out its new 3,000 sq ft shell space in Frisco: ten offices, a lounge, a conference room, a breakroom, an open area for twelve agents and two restrooms.

Professional Office Build-Out for Aleaf Insurance

A successful insurance agency needs more space to grow. Aleaf Insurance started as a small, family-owned agency and now has 20 employees. They have outgrown their current office and chose NorthStar Commercial Interiors to build out their new 3,000 square foot shell space in Frisco, TX.

We are adding 10 offices, a lounge, a conference room, a breakroom, an open area for 12 agents and two restrooms, plus the electrical, plumbing and HVAC to make this professional office space stunning. Walls are framed and insulated, and drywall is going up in the offices. Construction is scheduled to be complete between the end of December 2026 and early January 2027.

Aleaf Insurance serves personal and commercial clients, with coverage that includes child care insurance, medical malpractice insurance and tech insurance.
